Brine

The chicken is delicious. Our 2nd time here everything that we have tried so far was great. Sides, salads, sandwiches, sauces, seasoning, and spice levels are good for us. It might be spicy for some people. Chili garlic is yummy.

Ok I'd like to start by saying this is more than just a "chicken place". I say that because they do so much with the bird that being considered a mere "chicken place" just doesn't do them menu justice. From the bowls to the salads and glorious fried chicken sandwiches (and more so the way they remix each sandwich), is just impressive to say the least. Today I had the spicy chicken salad, which caught me by surprise! I say this because, I welcome spice; to the umpteenth power, but this caught me by surprise. Both the chicken and the spicy fried onions came to play, and in a major way. Yet they weren't just hot but flavorful at the same time. The Cole slaw added a nice texture of crunch and coolness to calm each bite, and the raw kale also acted as a life raft in the sea of heat I found myself in; especially once I added the extra hot sauce that accompanied the dish. Overall it was a pleasant experience. Not only was the staff super friendly, inside of this spot was immaculate; from the touch screen order displays, to the seating area, and even the bathroom (I notice small things like this). I was glad I tried this spot, because there were a lot of eateries in the plaza and I wanted something different. Well boy were they different, and delicious; at the same damn time! Can't wait to return and suggest this spot to others!!

this is the BEST fried chicken I’ve ever had. The flavor, the texture, the batter-to-meat ratio, the pairing of sauces... everything about it is perfect. We tried the New York Hot and the MSG and they were both insanely delicious. But what sets this place apart is that it’s not just the magnificent chicken — they also have fresh, delicious veggie sides. The tomato & hearts of palm salad in particular had the perfect balance of umami flavor. So you be glutton, or you can be healthy, or a bit of both! The staff are super helpful and welcoming, and the decor is beautiful too. We can’t wait to come back!

It was my first time at Brine. I ordered boneless chicken with 2 sides. Grilled Coleslaw and brown rice w peas. They were delicious and didn't took much long. Tables and seats were clean, it wasn't crowded at all. I really like their sauce for chicken. Will visit again to try other foods on the menu.

This place is awesome!!!! Had the MSG chicken sandwich with the blackened chili spiced fries. The sweet chili sauce the the chicken is dipped in is delicious and the fries tasted great with a kick of heat which is right up my alley!!! Welcome to Fair lawn can’t wait to try the rest of the menu!!!!

The best service I have ever received in quite a while! To recognize the employees on duty it was 12:00 pm on Monday July 31st! The lady behind the counter was so friendly and helpful. She came out from behind the counter to help me place me order, made recommendations and then had the nerve to try and hit the “no-tip” button for me....no, you absolutely get a tip for going that extra mile to make a new customer feel welcome! The food was excellent too. Got the buttermilk tenders and fries. The entire experience was an absolute pleasure! I work at a nearby business and will be telling all my clients to check this place out!

I’ve been to Brine in Fairlawn 3-4 times. If you want a fast meal that is also filling and potentially healthy, it’s a good option. I’ve gotten the boneless breast and the chicken thigh. Both pretty good. The variety to dipping sauce options help keep it interesting. You can get healthy but good vegetable side if you want: broccoli, beets, sweet potato, etc. or you can just get fries or rice.

We popped into what we thought was a fast food joint for a late lunch and were pleasantly surprised by delicious food served fast, but not "fast food" by a long shot. Despite the music being a bit loud, the Umami Chicken sandwich and Chicken Salad sandwich were both delicious, and the Tomato Salad and Coleslaw sides were excellent! I wouldn't normally write a review about a chicken sandwich lunch, so, since I am, it tells you something about how good these sandwiches were!
